History

Association «Ukrainian Centre for OTC Financial Instruments and Technologies Development» (UCRFIN) was founded in August 2013 by the leading international companies providing in Ukraine online trading services on the Forex market, CFD on stocks, indices, futures, spot metals, commodities and other assets in order to coordinate their actions on market development, improvement of its legal framework, implementation of common standards, rules and good practices, prevention of fraud schemes harming reputation of the Forex business.

August 19, 2013	Association «Ukrainian Centre for OTC Financial Instruments and Technologies Development» (UCRFIN) was founded. Mr. Oleksiy L. Atroshchenko was appointed the Chair of the Association’s Board.
August 21, 2013	Association received the state registration.
August 23, 2013	Mr. Vasyl I. Kokota, Director of TeleTrade Consulting Llc. was elected the Chair of Association’s General Assembly. International Exchange Trade Academy Llc. (ForexClub) joined the Association in the founder status.
November 29, 2013	UCRFIN and its members held a round table «Benefits and Risks of Forex Institutionalization in Ukraine» as a part of the 7th International Exhibition of Exchange Industry KIEV FOREX EXPO 2013
February 07, 2014	«IronFX Global (Ukraine)» Llc joined the Association.
August 23, 2013	Dr. Oleksandr V. Sakharenko was appointed the Director of the Association
